This very unique laptop concept from the imagination of US-based designer René Lee has been entered and shortlisted in the Fujitsu Design Awards. Lee’s concept integrates a notebook, tablet, and smartphone into a single modular device, allowing them to all be used as individual components or by combining them all together into one device.
The main laptop housing would be equipped with a 15-inch OLED screen, and then extra components would locate in shallow depressions with the mobile phone slotting in the middle just below the larger touchscreen tablet. With a solar-powered battery and 1TB SSD drive located in the corners.

Even when all the devices are docked as one, they could still be configured to the user’s preferences, depending on the applications in use.
