Microsoft has released some photos of a range of new Windows Phone Mango handsets which will be available with mobile carrier AT&T in the US, and the three devices include the new HTC Titan, the Samsung Focus S, and the Samsung Focus Flash.
All of the three new Windows Phone 7 devices will be available with AT&T shortly. Have a look at the photo gallery below of AT&T’s latest Windows Phone Mango smartphones.
HTC Titan: A Closer Look
The HTC Titan is one of the standout devices in this new lineup. It boasts a massive 4.7-inch display, making it one of the largest screens available on a smartphone at the time. This makes it ideal for users who enjoy media consumption, gaming, and browsing on their phones. The Titan is powered by a 1.5 GHz processor, ensuring smooth performance for multitasking and running demanding applications. Additionally, it features an 8-megapixel camera capable of capturing high-quality photos and 720p HD video. The front-facing camera is perfect for video calls and selfies, a feature that was becoming increasingly popular.
Samsung Focus S and Focus Flash: Sleek and Powerful
The Samsung Focus S is another impressive device in the lineup. It features a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Plus display, which offers vibrant colors and deep blacks, making it perfect for viewing photos and videos. The Focus S is also equipped with a 1.4 GHz processor, ensuring that it can handle a variety of tasks with ease. The 8-megapixel rear camera and 1.3-megapixel front camera make it a versatile device for photography and video calls.
The Samsung Focus Flash, on the other hand, is designed for users who prefer a more compact device. It features a 3.7-inch Super AMOLED display, which still offers excellent color reproduction and clarity. The Focus Flash is powered by a 1.4 GHz processor, similar to the Focus S, ensuring smooth performance. It also includes a 5-megapixel rear camera and a front-facing camera for video calls.
Windows Phone Mango: A New Era
Windows Phone Mango, the operating system running on these devices, brings a host of new features and improvements. One of the most notable additions is the integration of social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn directly into the phone’s People Hub. This allows users to stay connected with their social networks without needing to open separate apps. Mango also introduces multitasking, allowing users to switch between apps quickly and efficiently.
Another significant feature is the improved web browsing experience with Internet Explorer 9. The browser supports HTML5, providing a more seamless and interactive experience when browsing the web. Additionally, Mango includes voice-to-text capabilities, making it easier for users to send messages and emails hands-free.
