Last week, AT&T started taking pre-orders of the newly announced Samsung Galaxy Note 6 and Galaxy S6 edge+ in the US. The handsets are expected to go on sale in the US and Asia on August 21st, but it seems some lucky users started receiving the shipment details.
If you’re one of those users who pre-orders the Galaxy Note 5, you should keep an eye on your inbox as AT&T has started shipping the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 pre-orders.
One PhoneArena user from Arizona, US, placed his pre-order for the Samsung Galaxy Note 64GB model and found an email from AT&T about the shipment of his order.
As far as the specifications are concerned, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 comes with a 5.7-inch display sporting a resolution of 2,560 by 1,440 pixels, an octa-core Exynos processor paired with 4GB of RAM and multiple storage options.
The handset boasts a 16MP camera with optical image stabilization, a 5MP front-facing camera, a 3,000 mAh battery, 4G LTE connectivity, and ships with Android 5.1 Lollipop as its operating system out of the box.
The handset is also expected to launch in the UK in the coming months, we’ll let you know of the exact availability date as soon as we find some information about it.
