Android 4.4.2 KitKat has rolled out for all major carriers in the US, including Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile, with AT&T being the only one left to update their Moto X.
If you’re rocking an AT&T Moto X, you be glad to find out that the carrier has started the Android 4.4.2 KitKat roll out for their Moto X.
If you can’t recall, the soak test for the AT&T Moto X update to test a new software began a few days back, and now the devices are being updated to the latest Android OS. The latest update brings the same changes as the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for other carriers, including improved battery life, printing support for photos Google Docs and other content through services like Google Print or HP ePrinters, and more.
Here’s the complete change log posted by the folks at Motorola.
- Printing documents and pictures: Added support for printing photos, Google Docs, GMail messages, and other content via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and hosted services like Google Cloud Print and HP ePrinters.
- Improved battery life: Fixed bugs which caused a small number of users to experience shorter battery life after upgrading to Android 4.4.
- Fixed email sync delays: Fixed a bug that could cause email services like Microsoft Exchange to experience intermittent delays in data synchronization.
- International roaming fix: Fixed a bug that caused data connectivity issues for AT&T Moto X users while traveling outside the US.
