AT&T started selling their version of the HTC ChaCha, the HTC Status, in July, and now it looks like AT&T may be about to cancel the HTC Status, according to a recent report from the guys over at Tech Crunch.

They have told Tech Crunch that they plan to continue to sell the HTC Status with the following comment “The HTC Status is a great product and our plans for it to be part of our portfolio haven’t changed.”
