
Asus has announced the launch of a new smartphone the Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1. The handset is launching in India and it will be available from the 3rd of May.
The device is equipped with a 5.99 inch FHD+ display that features a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels.
The handset is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 mobile processor and it also comes with an Adreno 509 GPU. The device features a choice of 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, or 6GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
If you need some additional storage the handset also comes with a microSD card slot which will take up to a 256GB card. The handset comes with a 5000 mAh battery and a fast charging feature, it also comes with a fingerprint sensor which is located on the back.
The Asus ZenFone Max Pro M1 is equipped with high end cameras on the front and back. Up front there is an 8 megapixel camera with a f/2.0 lens for selfies and video chat. On the rear there is a dual camera setup with one 5 megapixel camera and one 13 megapixel camera.
The ZenFone Max Pro M1 will launch in India on the 3rd of May and prices for the handset will start at INR 10,999 which is about $165 at the current exchange rate.
