Asus is slowly becoming popular in the smartphone industry, and we’ve seen the company introduced a number of decent handsets over the past few month.
The company has now introduced ASUS ZenFone Go in India carrying a decent set of specifications as well as a budget-friendly price tag of INR 7,999, targeting the entry-level market in one of the biggest smartphone markets.
The handset comes with a 5-inch display sporting a resolution of 1280 by 720 pixels resolution, a quad-core MediaTek MT6580 SoC processor clocked at 1.3GHz, 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage. There’s a microSD card slot for users looking for expandable storage.
The handset also boasts an 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera with f/2.0 aperture as well as a 2MP front-facing camera, a 2,070 mAh battery and ships with Android 5.1 Lollipop as its operating system out of the box. Other connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, GPS/ A-GPS, 4G connectivity, and Micro-USB connectivity options.
The handset also comes with free 100 GB Google Drive storage for two years, but users must redeem it before 1st April, 2018.
The device has a lot to offer, especially 4G connectivity, at an extremely affordable price tag.
