The new Asus Zenfone 2 smartphone is now available in Taiwan and prices for the handset start at 8990 NT$ which is around $285 at the current exchange rate.
The Asus Zenfone 2 comes with a 5.5 inch full High Definition display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and the device features an Intel processor.
Powering the Asus Zenfone 2 is a 2.3GHz Intel Atom 64-bit processor and the handset also comes with a choice of 2GB or 4GB of RAM. For storage you can choose between 16GB, 32GB or 64GB and the handset also comes with dual cameras.
On the front of the Asus Zenfone 2 is a 5 megapixel camera for selfies and video chat, on the back there is a 13 megapixel camera. Connectivity comes in the for of WiFi, Bluetooth and 4G LTE, the device features a dual SIM card slot and it will be available in a range of colors.
The Zenfone 2 will be available in white, gold black, red and grey and the handset will launch in a number of countries later this month.
