Following on from the news that their new Asus VivoTab RT would be arriving on AT&T, Asus have this week announced that their new Asus VivoTab TF810C Windows 8 Tablet has now started shipping.
The Windows 8 Asus VivoTab TF810C is equipped with a 11.6 inch Super IPS+ display sporting a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, all powered by an Intel Atom Z2760 Clover Trail processor supported by 2GB of RAM.
Asus have fitted an 8MP rear camera and a 2MP front-facing camera, together with both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as a 64GB solid state disk (SSD).
Together with a battery which has been designed to provide users with 10 hours of battery life from the tablet alone, and 19 hours when combined with the keyboard dock, which is available to purchase for $200 extra.
