It would appear that while Asus has announced the tablets availability, none of the retailers have it in UK actually have it in stock, please see the information at the bottom of the article.
Asus’s latest Android tablet, the Asus Transformer Prime is now available in the UK, and it comes with Android 3.2, although people who purchase the tablet will be able to upgrade to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
As a reminder, the Asus Transformer Prime features a quad core NVIDIA Tegra 3 processor, plus a 10.1 inch LED backlit Super IPS+ touchscreen display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.
Other specifications include 1GB of RAM and a choice of ether 32GB or 64GB of built in storage, plus 2.1+EDR and 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, it also comes with two cameras, up front we have a 1.2 megapixel camera for video chat, on the back there is and 8 megapixel camera with an F2.4 aperture lens, a flash and auto-focus.
The Transformer Prime is now available from a number of retailers in the UK for £499, which includes the QWERTY keyboard dock.

We have received a number if comments and emails from our readers about the availability of the Asus Transformer Prime, and whilst Asus has said the device should now be available, but they are in fact mot available from Any retailers.
