
Ubisoft has today revealed more details about the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Odyssey February update, revealing a new feature, New Game+. Allowing players to start a new game while keeping all their hard earned gear, upgrades, abilities that they have gathered in their previous play through. making different choices throughout the game as they progress as either Kassandra or Alexios.
To access the New Game+ feature players will need to complete the main story arc of the game, after which a new option will appear in the menu enabling them to copy eligible saves across to the New Game+ mode. Other new features being added in this month update include : Level Cap will be increased to 99, 22 more Fast Travel points will be added mainly near ports, two additional tiers will be added to the Mercenary Ladder and Photo Mode Frames will be added including 10 frames.
The sixth episode of the free content The Lost Tales of Greece named “A Brother’s Seduction” is also already available to download. During which players encounter brotherly rivalry that will create some family drama. The first quest is called “Prodigal Son’s Return”. Also the third round of the Photo Mode Contest will start on February 21st with the new theme: Winter in Greece. Players will have a week to submit their pictures and try to win a Spartan Collector’s Edition of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
New items in the February 2019 update for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey include :
– The Wild Boar Pack contains the Wild Boar gear set, new mount and new legendary weapon. In addition, the goddess of the hunt Artemis has been released as Lieutenant for the Adrestia.
– The Deep Sea Hunter Pack contains gear set, new mount and legendary weapon. It also allows players to customize the Adrestia while providing new crew theme, the Teethers, a shark-style figurehead and a new ship design that will leave opponents helpless in the water.
