It is over a week since Apple released their sixth beta of iOS 11.4, assuming everything is OK with the final beta, then we could see the update some time today.
The sixth beta of iOS 11.4 was apparently the GM, so we are expecting Apple to release the final version of the software to everyone later on today.
This new version of iOS will bring a range of new features to the iPhone and iPad, this will include support for AirPlay 2 and also support for Apple’s iMessages in iCloud.
iMessages in the could will be a useful feature, this will allow you to sync your messages across all of your devices. At the moment messages are sent to all you devices, but when you setup a new device, the previous messages do not appear on it, only the new ones, this will change with the iCloud support.
As yet there are now details on what time the update will land, as soon as we get some more details we will let you guys know. We are also expecting the new macOS 10.13.5 update to be released at the same time.
