It looks like Apple will be announcing some new hardware at WWDC 2017 next month, the new 10.5 inch iPad Pro and also the new Siri speaker.
We heard rumors previously that the 10.5 inch iPad Pro would be made official at Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference in June.
The news comes from KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo who has said that Apple is going to launch the device at the event.
As we mentioned previously the new 10.5 inch iPad Pro is expected to share the same footprint as the 9.7 inch model, the tablet will feature a much slimmer bezel allowing the 10.5 inch display to fit into the same size casing as the 9.7 inch model.
Apple are also rumored to be launching a new 9.7 inch version and 12.9 inch version of the iPad Pro, these could also be made official at WWDC 2017.
We are also looking to see Apple’s new Siri Speaker, the device is expected to be similar to the Amazon Echo devices.
It will be interesting to see if Apple can make their Siri speaker popular, Amazon’s device has become very popular, whether Apple will be able to give it a run for its money, remains to be seen.
We are also expecting to hear about iOS 11 and also the next major release of Apple’s macOS Sierra at WWDC 2017. Apple’s Worldwide Developer Conference takes place between the 5th and 9th of June in San Jose.
