When Apple announced the Apple Watch, the company said the device would launch in early 2015, which led to speculation that the Apple Watch release date would be some time in the first quarter of 2015.
Now according to a recent report, the Apple Watch will launch in the spring of 2015, which would mean that the device could launch some time from the end of March onwards.
The news comes from a memo sent to Apple employees from the company’s VP of Retail and Online Stores, Angel Ahrendts, which talks about the upcoming holiday season and also the launch of the Apple Watch.
The last thing we heard about the new Apple Watch, was that the device will need to be charged on a daily basis, the news came from Apple’s CEO, Tim Cook.
There will be three versions of the device available at launch, the entry level Watch sport which will come with a choice of rubber straps and features an aluminum metal case, the Apple Watch which will come with a stainless steel case, and the Watch Edition, which will feature a solid gold casing, this model is expected to be expensive.
Prices for the Apple Watch will start at $349, as yet we do not have any details on how much the other two models will retail for, as soon as we get some more details we will let you guys know.
