As well as the new iPhone 8 we are also expecting to see a new Apple Watch 3 later this year. Previous rumors have suggested that the design of the Apple Watch 3 will be similar to that of the current Apple Watch.
According to a recent report from KGI Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the design of the new Apple Watch will not change much from the current model.
Apple will continue to offer two different sizes of the Apple Watch, a 38 mm and a 42 mm version will be available in the new device.
The changes to the device will be under the hood, Apple will apparently introduce a new LTE model of the Apple Watch that will work without the need for an iPhone. We can expect the new smartwatch to come with a new processor and also more RAM than the current models.
Apple will also probably introduce a range of new straps for the Apple Watch and we could also see some new colors for the Apple Watch 3. We do not know an exact date for when Apple will release their new smartwatch. We could possibly see the new Apple Watch at Apple’s iPhone 8 event in September or it may launch later in the year.
