As well as the new iOS 13 beta 5 Apple has also released a new beta of their macOS software to developers, macOS Catalina beta 5.
The new macOS Catalina beta 5 is now available for developers to download, it comes two weeks after the release of the latest beta.
Apple’s new macOS software will bring a wide range of new features to the Mac, this will include the new Apple Music, Apple TV and Apple Podcasts apps which will replace iTunes, Apple is not really getting rid of iTunes, just splitting the software into three apps.
There are a range of other new features headed to the Mac, including Screen Time for the iPhone and iPad, plus a range of other new features. We are expecting the next major version of Apple’s macOS to land some time in September or October, as soon as we get some details on the release date, we will let you guys know.
