As well as launching a new range of iMac’s Apple [AAPL] has also launched a new unibody Macbook, the good news is that the price of the Macbook will stay the same at just $999.
The new unibody Macbook features a built in battery that will give you up to 7 hours of usage on a single charge, it also comes with an 13.3 inch LED backlit display, and a glass multi-touch touchpad.
The new Macbook features a 2.26GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor with 3MB on-chip shared L2 cache, 2GB of RAM with the option to upgrade to 4GB of RAM, a 250GB hard drive, built in 802.11n WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR, two USB 2.0 ports, a mini display port and Gigabit Ethernet.
Graphics comes in the form of an NVIDIA GeForce 9400M graphics processor with 256MB of DDR3 SDRAM, there is also a Mini DisplayPort, built in stereo speakers and an 8x slot-loading SuperDrive.
The new unibody Macbook is available today from Apple.
