Since the release of the latest Apple iOS 7 preview 3 to developers indications of new features have been coming to light and one instructing feature that might make an appearance on the nextApple iPhone 5S or iPhone 6 smartphone is a slow motion feature.
Developers over at 9to5 Mac with access to the latest Apple iOS 7 preview 3 have discovered code that suggests the next generation Apple iPhone 5S could include a new “Mogul” camera mode, which could offer video recording at a rate of 120 frames-per-second.
“According to our analysis and testing of the Apple iOS 7 code, “Mogul” is a feature in development that allows the iPhone to capture video at an exceptionally fast and precise rate. Specifically, our testing indicates that the feature can allow the iPhone to record video at a rate of 120 frames-per-second (FPS). The resolution at which this 120FPS video could be recorded at, however, is currently unclear.”
