One thing Apple did not reveal at its iPhone 6S event yesterday is an increase in Apple Care+ pricing, Apple Care+ previously cost $99 on the iPhone 6 and it will now cost $129 on the new iPhones.
If you want Apple Care+ on the new iPhone 6S and 6S Plus smartphones it will now cost $129, the service fee has also been increased to $129.
Previously the service fee on the iPhone 6 was $79.99, this has now been increased to $99.99 on the new iPhone 6S handsets.
Apple also announced their new iPhone Upgrade Program for their new iPhones, this will let you upgrade your iPhone every 12 months for a monthly fee.
Pricing for the iPhone upgrade program will start at $32.41 a month for the 16GB iPhone 6S and goes up to $44.91 a month for the 128GB iPhone 6S Plus, this will be made available at the launch of the new iPhones.
