It looks like there is an issue with the latest Android 10 One UI 2.0 beta on the Samsung Galaxy S10 handsets.
A number of people who have installed the update have had an issue where they are being locked out of their device.
The issue appears to lock people from their handset and then when a password, pin or pattern is used to try and access the device they are locked out. This issue has occurred when the device has been restarted.
If you have remote unlock enabled then you can get around the issue, unfortunately not everyone has this feature enabled.
If you have installed the beta on your device then it is recommend that you chnage your locks screen method on your device to either swipe or none. This can be done from the settings menu, Samsung is expected to fix it in the next beta.
