Google Nexus 9 is up from pre-orders in several regions, but there’s a piece of disappointing news for those who pre-ordered it from Amazon in the UK.
Some customers who pre-ordered the Nexus 9 from Amazon UK received an email that the shipping dates of the Nexus 9 has been pushed back to mid-December at least. The Nexus 9 is slated to launch on November 3rd.
Some users did contact Amazon to confirm about the delay, and were told, “it is based on the manufacturers decision, and the date mentioned by the manufacturer and supplied by the supplier.”
If you take a look at the Google Play Store, it seems the Nexus 9 shipments are still on track and mentions it will leave the warehouse on November 3rd which is an excellent news. For those who can’t wait until mid-December, they can either wait or cancel their order, and make the purchase through the Google Play Store. The 16GB version of the tablet costs £319, while the 32GB version comes with a £399 for the one with 32GB.
Google Nexus 9 comes with a 8.9-inch display sporting a resolution of 2048 by 1536 pixels, a Tegra K1 processor clocked at 2.3GHz, 2GB of RAM and 16/32GB of storage on board. The tablet also features an 8MP camera for photos and videos, Bluetooth 4.1, a 6,700 mAh battery and Android 5.0 Lollipop as its operating system.
