Watch design company Tactico Watches based in Spain have unveiled a new addition to their range of timepieces with the launch of the Almirante Navegante 120 Brazas offering a new style of marine watch and chronometer. The automatic watch is finished with a stainless steel and sapphire case and offers a inner bezel, hermetic, numbered edition and premium kit if desired. The development team behind the watch explain more about its inspiration and design.“ In 2010, the Compañía Relojera Especializada Para Actividades Subacuáticas (Specialized Watch Company for Underwater Activities) was born with a mission: rescue vintage diving watches from oblivion to reinterpret and adapt them to current technology. The first brand was CREPAS WATCHES. CREPAS has made memorable watches, has collaborated with forum and groups, has been a pioneer in designing a watch according to their followers’ opinions in social media and, nowadays, is making a watch of the biggest watches group in Facebook: Diver’s Watches. A new kind of marine chronometer: self-winding, stainless steel, sapphire, inner bezel, hermetic, numbered edition and premium kit.”
Features of the Almirante Navegante 120 Brazas marine watch include a 42.5 mm bezel, a watch case thickness of 12.8 mm, a crystal thickness of 2.5 mm and the watch face diameter of 35.5 mm.
