GMC has announced that it is rolling out the Graphite Edition of its full-size SUV called the Yukon. The special edition will be offered on the smaller Yukon and the larger Yukon XL and is based on the SLT trim. Buyers can opt for 2WD and 4WD versions of the truck.
Graphite Performance Edition gets 22-inch six-spoke gloss black wheels, black assist steps with gloss black accents, premium black chrome grille mesh inset, black fog lamp surrounds, body-color grille surround, black roof rails, gloss black beltline, and other black trim. The engine is a 6.2L V8 that makes 420hp and 460 lb-ft of torque.
Other features include magnetic ride control, two-speed transfer case on 4wd models, trailer brake controller, 170-amp alternator, 3.23 axle ratio, high capacity air cleaner, Bose active noise control, and a heads-up display. The transmission is a 10-speed unit and the truck will go on sale this summer with pricing announced later.
