Ford has unveiled the sweet 2018 Mustang Bullitt special edition in Detroit. The car will be offered in Dark Highland Green or Shadow Black colors. Both will feature the same modified 5.0L V8 engine that makes “at least” 475hp and 420 lb-ft of torque.
That extra power comes thanks to a new Open Air Induction System and the use of the Shelby GT350 intake manifold with 87mm throttle bodies. The powertrain control module is also optimized for performance.
There are only three options for the car and one is the Bullitt Electronics Package with navigation, driver memory seats and mirrors, upgraded sound system and Blind Sport Information System with Cross-Traffic Alert. The car can get MagneRide semi-active suspension and Recaro black leather seats. Base interior has black leather with green stitching. Brembo brakes are all around and the car has no badges save the Bullitt faux rear gas cap. Th car will launch this summer at an undisclosed price.
