Last week we heard some more information about the new Pantech Vega Iron 2 smartphone, the device is expected to launch some time in May.
Now according to a recent report, the Pantech Vega Iron 2 will be the first smartphone to use the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, we previously heard it would be powered by a Snapdragon 801 processor.

According to a recent report, the Pantech Vega Iron 2 will feature a 5.5 inch high definition display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
As well as the new Snapdragon 805 processor from Qualcomm, the device is said to come with 3GB of RAM and a choice of either 32GB or 64GB of built in storage.

The Vega Iron 2 will come with front and rear facing cameras, on the back of the handset there will be a 13 megapixel camera for video and photos, up front there will be a 3 megapixel camera.
The Pantech Vega Iron 2 will also come with LTE Advanced and will feature a 2,800 mAh battery, plus USB 3.0, we could possibly find out some more information on the handset next month if it is scheduled to launch in April.
