Fujifilm X10 Camera Gets Official
Yesterday we saw some leaked photos of the new Fujifilm X10, and now it has been officially announced, and it comes with a new 2/3″ 12 megapixel EXR CMOS sensor plus a high-definition F2.0 wide-angle and F2.8 telephoto Fujinon 4x manual zoom lens (28-112mm).
The Fujifilm X10 features 4x optical zoom with Fujifilm’s new Intelligent Digital 2x Telephoto zoom technology, which gives it a total zoom range of 8x.
Amazon’s Quad Core Hollywood Tablet Coming In 2012?
We know Amazon is working on some new Android tablets, which we are expecting to see before the end of the year, one of those is rumored to the called the Amazon Hollywood and it will apparently feature a quad core NVIDIA Kal-El processor and a 10 inch display.
According to a recent report by DigitTimes, the Amazon Hollywood tablet won’t start shipping until the early part of 2012, the reports says that Foxconn, who are rumored to be manufacturing the tablet for Amazon, wont start making it until quarter one of 2012.
Apple Releases iOS 5 Beta 7 To Developers
About 10 days ago Apple released iOS 5 Beta 6 to developers, and they have now released the latest Beta version of iOS 5 to developers, iOS 5 Beta 7, and Apple are obviously getting closer to releasing iOS 5 to everyone.
The latest version of iOS 5 beta 7 comes with a range of new features, and bug fixes, and Apple also released Xcode 4.2 Developer Preview 7 and iTunes 10.5 Beta 7 to developers at the same time, plus the latest version of the Apple TV software, beta 6.
Facebook’s Music Service To Launch On 22nd September?
We have been hearing rumors for quite some time that Facebook is working on a new music service, and now more reports have surfaced which claim that Facebook’s new music service will launch later this month, with a date of the 22nd of September tipped as the official launch date.
We have heard previously that Spotify are involved with Facebook’s music service, and now it looks like other companies may also be involved in the service, which could include Rdio and MOG.
Nokia 703 Windows Phone 7 Smartphone Leaked?
We know that Nokia will be launching their first Windows Phone 7 device shortly, and now the guys over at WMPoweruser have got their hands on a photo of a Windows Phone 7 device from Nokia, the Nokia 703.
According to the report, the photo looks like it is of an internal carrier specifications sheet, and the Nokia 703 will come with a 3.7 inch LCD display with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels.
Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc S Smartphone Announced
We recently reviewed the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc, and now Sony has announced a new version, the Xperia Arc S, which features a faster processor and comes with a range of extra features over the original Arc, and it will come with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread.
The Xperia Arc S comes with a 4.2 inch display with a resolution of 854 x 480 pixels, processing is provided by a single core 1.4GHz Snapdragon processor (the original Arc had a 1GHz processor), and it also comes with an 8GB microSD card installed.
Sony Tablet S And Tablet P Get Official, Full Details
We have been hearing quite a bit about Sony’s new Android tablets over the last few months, and now Sony has made them official, first up is the Sony Tablet S comes with a 9.4 inch multi-touch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.and is powered by an NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor.
It will come with Android Honeycomb 3.1 at launch and will receive an upgrade to Android 3.2 shortly after it goes on sale, there is also a front facing camera for video chat and a rear facing camera which can record video in HD at 720p, other features include WiFi, plus an SD card slot, and it comes with 1GB of RAM, and a choice of either 16GB or 32GB of storage.
