Littylights a design team based in Stockholm Sweden have created a new wearable smart lamp called Litty which has been designed to redefine the “concept of a personal safety light”.
Providing an intelligent, connected and wearable lighting solution for your everyday needs, whether you walk, cycle or skateboard. Watch the demonstration video below to learn more about its unique rotating bezel which allows you to quickly change colours, and even has a companion smartphone application.
The Litty concept is simple, a lamp fitted with the latest technology, packaged in a slimmed and well polished design in premium materials. And after a year of hard work and a unique attention to detail, we can finally introduce Litty, the smart wearable lamp.
We have been working hard to create a light that can be used anytime, anywhere with your safety in mind. The first step to achieving this was to acknowledge that no light is effective if it isn’t with you at all times. Hence, we wanted to create a lamp which is light, yet powerful and easy to mount.
Litty is a new generation of smart lamps, where only your imagination limits the functionality. This is thanks to its unique mounting system and its powerful hardware and software. All of these features results in a completely new take on a personal light.
Interfacing with all of these new features and modes required a completely new concept in how we control our light with ease. What we came up with is a unique bezel system without contacts or switches, just simply rotate the bezel and thanks to our microcontroller it will do all the work for you. It’s easy and intuitive to use, wherever you are.
