Yahoo! has this week launched a new browser app for mobile devices which its hopes will turn its luck around, and help it regain a little confidence with Internet users.
The new browser dubbed Axis has been created by Yahoo to provide users with a more visual and intuitive service. With dedicated applications being created for Apple’s iPad and iPhone.
Yahoo! has also created Axis plugins for popular browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on PCs and Macs. Once installed provides you with a search bar and trending topics to view.
As well as links to social networks allowing you to send your finds to the likes of Twitter and Pinterest to name a few. Yahoo! says that an Android application is currently in development and should be available shortly. But can now be downloaded for iOS devices from the iTunes App store for free.
