We have already heard recently that Microsoft will be releasing an update for Windows Phone 7 in January 2011, with a subsequent update planned for February.
Now ZDnet are reporting that Microsoft has a major update planned for Windows Phone 7 later in 2011, and the update which is reported to be codenamed ‘Mango’ wont be available until August or September of 2011.
The Mango update is reported to be much bigger than the January and February updates, and according to Zdnet the update is more like a Windows Phone 7.5 version and it will add a range of new features, including Silverlight and HTLM5 support for Windows Phone 7.
