This week Google launched a new design layout for their Google+ social network. Bringing with some new navigation icons and lots of new features. But one of the downsides of the new Google+ design layout is the amount of white space that Google has added, particularly when viewed on larger wide screens. But don’t fret, if you find the white space a little too much to handle, there is now an option for users of Chrome and Firefox browsers.
A new plugin has been developed for the browsers which brings the white space more under control and inline, making Google+ pages a little easier to read, on larger screens.
“Want to get rid of this annoying huge white space in the latest Google Plus design? This extension will center the new design for a better look on widescreens. Will center the new Google Plus design for a better fit on widescreens.”
So if you find the white space a little too refreshing, jump over to the Chrome Web Store and Firefox download Whitespace Remover for Google Plus now.
