A new range of washer and dryers from LG are equipped with a new technology called SmartDiagnosis that helps engineers diagnose a fault, by listening to a series of tones played by the washer or dryer.
The new LG SmartDiagnosis system is expected to help owners when a problem arises with either their washer or dryer by prompting the user to punch in a specific combination sequence on the integral keypad.
The washer or dryer then plays aloud a series of tones, which a technician can use over the phone to diagnose the error and resolve the issue.
The WM3885HCCA Gold coloured Washer is priced at $1889.00 and the white WM3885HWCA will cost you $1789.00
