Verizon will be launching another new Android smartphone on their network next month, the Kyocera Hydro Elite which you can see in the photo below, the handset will apparently retail for $50 when you sign up to a new two year agreement with Verizon.
As yet we do not have many specifications on the Kyocera Hydro Elite, although the device is expected to be both dust and water resistant, and will apparently be a mid range Android Jelly Bean device.
