We previously heard that the UK and US would be running cyber war games in an attempt to improve cyber security. The UK Government has been running a series of cyber war games challenges and have been looking to recruit talented hackers.
The UK are holding their 2015 Cyber Security Challenge on board a decommissioned warship in the UK, HMS Belfast.
A total of 42 contestants are taking part in the challenge and are attempting to stop a simulated cyber terrorist group from seizing control of a naval gun system.
The contestants also need to find holes in the IT systems of a water treatment plant and a manufacturing facility to make sure that the simulated terrorist group cannot infiltrate these systems.
The challenge started out with thousands of contestants and now there are just 32 left who are taking part in this new challenge on board HMS Belfast.
