T-Mobile Slashes Price of 16GB Google Nexus 5

Back in November, T-Mobile launched Google’s latest offering, Google Nexus 5, on their network for just $449.99, with the contract pricing starting from $41.99 down with 24 monthly payments of $17 each.

If you’re  thinking about getting the handset from T-Mobile, you be glad to know the carrier has slashed the price of the Google Nexus 5. Now, interested customers can get their hands-on the handset for $0 down with 24 equal monthly payments of $16.50 each, or pay a full retail price of $396. It’s still expensive then the price Google is offering, but the positive side is that you don’t have to shell out the full retail price of the handset.

Google Nexus 5

In case you forgot, the Google Nexus 5 comes with an impressive set of specifications. It rocks a 4.95-inch display sporting a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels with 445 ppi pixel density. Under the hood, the handset is powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset with a clock speed of 2.2GHz and 2GB of RAM.

Other features include 16/32GB storage options, 8MP rear camera with optical image stabilization, 1.3MP front-facing camera, 2,300 mAh battery and runs Android 4.4 KitKat pre-installed out of the box, and is upgradeable to Android 4.4.2.
