Stratasys has today announced the availability of their Stratasys Mojo 3D printer on Amazon priced at $5,999 enabling users to create professional parts for concept models, rapid prototypes, and product mockups in ABSplus thermoplastic.
The Stratasys Mojo 3D printer uses SR-30 soluble support material and is capable of printing in a layer thickness of 0.178 mm and being available on Amazon opens up professional printing to a wider audience. The Mojo 3D printer is capable of printing 127 x 127 x 127mm parts and comes complete with the WaveWash 55 cleaning system, a compact, easy-to-use support removal system that lets users clean away support material hands-free. Stratasys explains :
“The Mojo 3D Printer uses Soluble Support Technology (SST) so that the support material dissolves away in a water-based solution. You just pop your completed concept model off the modeling base and place it in the WaveWash 55. Your WaveWash 55 maintains the right solution temperature and agitation for efficient support removal. No plumbing required!
Powered by Stratasys Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) Technology, and builds accurate functional concept models, rapid prototypes, and product mockups in ABSplus thermoplastic.
