If you are looking to upgrade your old outdated till or credit card system within your business you might be interested to learn that the new Square Stand point of sale credit card payment system, which was made available to preorder backing in May of this year will soon be arriving in Apple stores.
The new Square Stand and tablet stand is priced at $299 and enables businesses to accept both credit cards and cash as well as the Square Wallet mobile payment system. Check out the video after the jump to see the Square Stand in action.
Currently the Square Stand only works with the older generation iPad’s which are equipped with the 30 pin dock connector. However Square is currently developing a new Square Stand which will enable the new next-generation iPad’s to be used at a fitted with Apple’s new Lightning connector.
