Sony has announced a new slim version of its PlayStation 3 console, the new PlayStation 3 is 20 percent smaller than the previous PlayStation 3 and also 25 percent lighter.
The new PlayStation 3 will be available in two models, one with a 250GB hard drive and one with a 500GB hard drive, and both models will go on sale in the US on the 25th of September.
The 250GB PlayStation 3 will retail for $269.99, and this will be a limited edition PlayStation 3 which comes with UNCHARTED 3: Drake’s Deception: Game of the Year Edition , plus a voucher for $30 worth of digital content for DUST 514.
The 500GB PlayStation 3 will launch on October, and this will also be a limited edition console and will come with Assassin’s Creed III, you can find out more details over at the PlayStation Blog.
