Samsung has launched their Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus smartphone today. The handsets have been available to pre-order for a while and some customers who pre-ordered the handsets have got the wrong SIM cards.
Ut appears that some customers who ordered the Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus with Sprint have received the handsets with a Verizon SIM card inside instead of a Sprint one.

Samsung has apparently acknowledged the issue with some customers and is sending them out the correct SIM cards for their handsets.
“We are aware of a limited number of customers who received a different SIM card with their unlocked Galaxy S9 or S9+ purchase via Samsung.com or the Shop Samsung app than the one they requested. We are in the process of correcting this issue and are providing customers with the correct SIM card that they ordered for their device. We apologize for the inconvenience and advise anyone who has experienced this error or has questions to contact us directly at 1-855-726-8721 or visit www.samsung.com/us/support/customer-services/.”
If this has happened to you then you need to contact Samsung to get the correct SIM card.
