Apple released their iOS 9.1 software update last month and since the update has been available a number of iPhone owners have reported problems with their handsets fingerprint sensor and Touch ID.
After some iPhone owners have installed the iOS 9 update they have reported that their fingerprint sensor becomes slow and unresponsive.
Other users have also reported that their Touch ID has stopped working altogether, it is not clear as yet how widespread these problems are.
Apple is currently working on iOS 9.2, the recently released a beta of iOS 9.2 and hopefully when the final version is released it will fix the issue.
