Nintendo Switch owners searching for a custom carrying case for the Nintendo Switch portable games console, may be worth checking out the Séfu Switch bag, which is coming to the end of its Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign and has raised over $67,000 thanks to nearly 900 backers. The design team responsible for the Séfu Switch bag explain more about its inspiration. “Everything started about one year ago when I bought a Nintendo Switch for my son. Because of its unique shape, it didn’t fit well in any of his bags. I asked if he’d like to go shopping for a new bag, but he replied: “No, I want the bag that Papa designs!” And so began the journey to make the perfect bag to carry the Switch around town.”
“We designed a minimal bag with a focus on protection, accessibility, and quality materials that was just the right size to carry your Switch and a few daily essentials. The removable center divide not only protects your screen but it also holds 12 games. And because it’s removable it means your bag will have a life beyond the Switch, opening up the possibility to carry a variety of things — even a mirrorless camera and a spare lens”
Available in both a standard and deluxe version priced at $119 all bags are expected to start shipping out to backers during October 2018.
