Seagate has launched a new HD media player, the Seagate FreeAgent Theater+ HD.
The Seagate FreeAgent Theater+ HD is designed to be used with Seagate FreeAgent Go portable hard drives, and can be connected to your HDTV via HDMI.
It can playback full HD video at 1080p and has built in Dolby Digital and DTS 2.0, plus two additional hard USB ports so you can add a couple of extra hard drives.
Seagate will also be releasing a USB Wireless adapter that will let you connect it to your PC via WiFi so you can stream videos direct to your HDTV from your PC.
The Seagate FreeAgent Theater+ HD is available now for $150, without a hard drive, or $290 with a 500GB hard drive, and the WiFi adapter will retail for $70.
