Back in March Samsung completed its acquisition of Harman and now Harman has made its first acquisition unders Samsung’s ownership, it is buying UK audio manufacturer Arcam.
Arcam is a high end manufacturer of HiFi components, the company was founded in the UK in 1976 and it is based in Cambridge in the UK.

Dragon, Harman senior director of marketing, lifestyle. “We have found in Arcam a like-minded passion for bringing the highest quality sound into people’s lives. As demand for higher quality audio rapidly accelerates, we are eager to seize the many opportunities in front of us.”

As yet there are no details on how much the acquisition of Arcam by Harman is worth, as soon as we get some more information, we will let you guys know.
