Samsung has this week added a new addition to their range of smart cameras, in the form of the newly launched Samsung WB2200F which is equipped with a 60x optical zoom with a (F2.8) 20mm ultra wide angle lens for owners to enjoy.
Other features of the Samsung WB2200F smart camera include the ability for users to double the zoom speed or even jump directly from zero to 60x zoom when required for quick responses to make sure you capture your subject effectively.
Samsung has equipped their new Samsung WB2200F smart camera with a 16.3 megapixel CMOS sensor that enables full HD video recording 1920 x 1080 @ 30 fps and two high speed modes 176 x 128 @ 360 fps and 384 x 288 @ 240 fps. Together with an ergonomic dual grip design allowing you to provide extra support for the massive 60x times optical zoom. Samsung explains:
“With a dual-grip, portable and sleek black casing and solid professional appearance, the WB2200F is comfortable and easy to hold. Its Electronic Viewfinder makes photographer’s jobs easier and more pleasurable, and the device’s i-Function control is another advanced element of its offering that facilitates full manual control accessed through the touch of a button.
Amateur and expert photographers alike can benefit from Smart Mode, a range of automatic modes which offer the ideal settings for any shooting scenario. Whether it is capturing the beauty of a setting sun with ‘Sunset’ mode or the excitement of a fast paced sporting event with ‘Action Freeze’ mode, Smart Mode does the work so that users can simply concentrate on enjoying the photography experience. “
The Samsung WB2200F also has i-Function controls on the lens and is fitted with a 3.0-inch HVGA LCD screen on the rear for menu navigation and settings control.
