That Galaxy Note you’re holding will soon be rocking a secure high-definition (HD) video courtesy of Samsung’s Media Hub. The service will be available to Samsung’s other devices but the Galaxy Note will be the first to try out the service.
The Note gets first dibs on the service as it has a Snapdragon processor by Qualcomm. Samsung is teaming up with Qualcomm and ARM Technologies to bring the premium HD video content direct to compatible mobile phones.
Those who would like to take a peek of the new HD service will need to drop by the Mobile World Congress as Samsung intends to showcase it there. The company said it will demo the Snapdragon/TrustZone-enabled HD viewing service and the regular one so viewers can see the difference for themselves.
