Samsung has rolled out the latest Android 5.0 Lollipop update for a number of handsets in several regions across the globe, including the Galaxy S5, Galaxy S4, Galaxy Note 3, and the Galaxy Note 4.
However, it seems it’s not working out as smoothly as the company planned it to. The Korean giant has reportedly halted the roll out of the Android 5.0 Lollipop update for the Galaxy S5 and Galaxy S4 in Norway due to some bugs.
Some of the reported bugs are when the Contacts app doesn’t work on the above mentioned devices, and com.android.phone freezes on a regular basis. Several Norwegian users are reportedly complaining about the issues, and Samsung Norway has apparently admitted about the presence of the bugs.
There’s no word on when the update will commence again for the handsets in question, or what the company plans to do, but to think on a positive side, we hope that Samsung will take care of this issue and release another update to fix the bugs.
All of you may not face these issues, but if you’re one of them, you may have to wait or just try to do a factory reset to see if it solves it.
