Back at the Mobile World Congress 2014, Samsung unveiled their fitness tracking wearable device dubbed as the Gear Fit, with a $199 price tag.
If you were thinking about purchasing the Samsung Gear Fit, but didn’t since you thought it’s a little overpriced, there’s a piece of good news for you. Amazon is selling the Gear Fit for $99, a 50 percent discount on the original price of the wearable.
Samsung Gear Fit can be used as a companion device which can connect to your Galaxy device via Bluetooth, or a standalone wearable, giving users the ability to track several health-related metrics from the their wrist.
The Samsung Gear Fit comes with a 1.84-inch curved Super AMOLED display sporting a resolution of 432 by 128 pixels. The app comes with IP67 certification, making it dust and water-resistant. It also give users the ability to check their notifications, when connected to a smartphone, on their wrist. The wearable comes with a 210 mAh battery, and can provide with a decent battery time of 2-4 days.
