Samsung has added a new Android tablet to its Galaxy Tab range, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, and it will come with Android 3.0 Honeycomb, and features a 10.1 inch LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.
There is also a a dual core 1GHz processor, plus two cameras, an 8 megapixel camera on the rear with built in autofocus and an LED flash, and a 2 megapixel camera on the front for video chat.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is capable of recording Full HD video in 1080p at 24 frames per second and it can also playback full HD video in 1080p at 30 frames per second.
Other specifications on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 include Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, 802.11 a/b/g/n WiFi, a gyroscope, accelerometer, a digital compass and a proximity sensor.
It also features a 6860mAh battery and will come with a choice of 16GB or 32GB of storage, it will be available in Europe in March, there are no details on pricing as yet.
