The new Samsung Galaxy S4 has not been announced as yet, it will be announced tomorrow at a Samsung Unpacked event which is taking place in New York, but it would appear that we now have some details of which mobile carriers in the UK will carry the Samsung Galaxy S4.
We heard earlier today that EE would be offering the Samsung Galaxy S4 on their 4G LTE network in the UK, and now a couple more mobile carriers have confirmed that they will offer the Galaxy S4 on their network.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 will be available on Orange and Three in the UK, as well as EE, as both carriers have now put up pages so you can register your interest for the Galaxy S4.
We have not heard anything as yet from Vodafone about the Samsung Galaxy S4, although we suspect that we will get some details on this tomorrow, and possibly from T-Mobile as well.
The UK version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 will come with Samsung’s 8 core Exynos 5 Octa processor at 1.8GHz it will also feature PowerVR SGX 544MP3 GPU and 4G LTE.
Other rumored specifications on the Galaxy S4 include 2GB of RAM and a choice of either 16GB, 32GB or 64GB of built in storage, plus a microSD card slot for expansion, it will also feature dual cameras, and it will feature a full HD 4.99 inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
The front facing camera on the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be a 2.1 megapixel version for video calls, and the rear camera on the Samsung Galaxy S4 will be a 13 megapixel camera, it will also come with Samsung Orb, which will be Samsung’s version of Android’s Photo Sphere feature.
