Samsung are due to release the official Android 2.3 Gingerbread update for the Samsung Galaxy S shortly, if you can not wait until then it now looks like the official Android 2.3 update for the Galaxy S has been leaked.
The guys over at the XDA Developers Forum have posted details on the leaked update, and it seems to be the official version that Samsung will make available for the Galaxy S via their KIES software.
This is the official release not a beta stop saying that it is. Beware: The firmware includes bootloaders, flash at your own risk!
