We have already heard a rumor that Samsung’s new flagship Android smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S III had reached almost 9 million pre-orders, and now one UK mobile carrier has announced that the handset is their most pre-ordered Android smartphone ever.
According to UK mobile carrier Vodafone, the demand for the Samsung Galaxy S III has been massive and they have received more pre-orders for the Galaxy S III than any previous Android smartphone, they told the Inquirer the following.
“With over a week to go until launch, it’s already the most pre-ordered Android device we’ve brought into our smartphone line-up to date and our limited time offer of 2GB of mobile data and 100 free music tracks is being snapped up.”
Vodafone did not release any details on exactly how many of the Samsung Galaxy S III had been pre-ordered, it will be interesting to see just how many of their new Smartphone Samsung managed to sell before the devices launch when they finally announce the figures.
